Once, he went through a questionable “bulking phase,” downing 16 eggs a day, resulting in the kind of blood pressure your doctor warns you about. We think they call it peanut butter blood.
When he’s not training, coaching and implementing, you’ll find him playing chess (repeatedly losing to 12-year-olds) or in the kitchen making a steak that would impress Gordon Ramsay and an omelet so perfect, it’s basically his love language.
