Michael Nooner rode into 3PL Bridge as the VP of Partner Growth, armed with 18 years of supply chain experience, a love for logistics, and just enough C4 Energy Drink to keep things moving.
He’s led ops for brands like Nike, DHL, Kellogg’s, APL, Peloton, XPO, Walmart, and Americold — or as he puts it, “the companies that let me play with forklifts and somehow didn’t fire me.” He’s also stood up 62 operations across the country, meaning he’s survived just about every warehouse disaster short of actual arson — and still loves this stuff.
Out in the wild, he goes by “The 3PL Cowboy,” a name earned by wrangling brands and 3PLs into partnerships, lassoing chaos, and gently reminding clients that yes, it’s probably the WMS settings again.
When he’s not knee-deep in supply chain strategy, you’ll find him on the slowpitch softball field, hitting dingers and running the bases like a man who once asked, “Wait, we’re doing cardio today?”
His superpower? Making supply chain actually sound fun.
His weakness? Trusting every pizza joint with a neon sign and a Yelp review from 2013.
