For 3PL operators

Get introduced to brands that fit your warehouse

3PL Bridge is a fulfillment advisory firm. Ecommerce brands come to us to choose a 3PL, and we only introduce them to operators we have vetted. Apply once, build a profile for every facility, and get in front of qualified brands without cold outreach.

Free to apply. Your company name is never shown on our public pages.

How partnering with 3PL Bridge works

1

Apply and build your profile

Tell us about your company and add every warehouse you want listed: space, current volume, services, certifications, systems and the categories you ship today.

2

We review and vet

A partner manager screens your capacity, certifications, integrations and software, then schedules an in-person site visit and grades it on a formal scorecard.

3

Sign the partner agreement

If you are approved, we send the Direct Connect partner agreement. One agreement covers every location you operate.

4

Get introduced to brands

Your anonymized facility profiles go live, and we bring you brands that fit. You review each brand and decide whether to take it on.

How we vet operators

Brands trust our introductions because every operator is checked in person before we recommend it, and checked again after it goes live. Our team has owned and run 3PL operations, so we know what a good floor looks like.

Before we introduce brands

Intake screening

We confirm capacity, certifications, integrations and software fit.

In-person site visit

We walk the live floor, see the team and systems at work, and meet managers and owners.

Formal scorecard

Every visit is graded. Only operators that meet the bar are recommended to brands.

Once you are live

Brand feedback

What brands tell our success managers goes into your scorecard.

Yearly site visits

We return in person each year and refresh scorecards at least twice a year.

Quarterly business reviews

We share what brands are saying and confirm the partnership is working for both sides.

On every visit we look at the team in live operations, systems in use on the floor, pick and pack quality, scanning controls that verify each order, and whether SOPs reflect sound practice. Read the full vetting process (PDF)

What partners get

  • Qualified introductions. We learn each brand's volume, channels and requirements before we bring it to you.
  • A profile for every facility. Anonymized profiles on our city market pages show brands what each building runs today.
  • A partner portal. Update your warehouses, see the brands we have sent you and refer brands back to us.
  • Room to grow. Partners who perform well earn access to larger brand opportunities over time.

What we ask of partners

  • You lease or own the warehouse you list.
  • You respond to brand opportunities within 24 hours.
  • You never turn a brand away because of its order volume.
  • You bill brands the way you quoted them.
  • You keep your facility profiles up to date.

Partner FAQ

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Applying and being reviewed are free. Direct Connect partners pay a flat monthly fee per brand only after a brand signs with them and its inventory arrives at the warehouse.

Will brands see my company name?

Not on our public pages. Facility profiles show location, capabilities, certifications and volume ranges. Your name is shared with a brand only when it chooses to meet you.

Can I list more than one warehouse?

Yes. Add every location in the application. One partner agreement covers all of them.

What happens after I apply?

A partner manager reviews your application and contacts you to schedule the vetting steps. If you are approved, you receive the partner agreement to sign, and your profiles go live once it is signed.

Can I update my profile later?

Yes. Approved partners can edit their warehouses and add new ones in the partner portal.
